Great communication from start to finish. Everyone I spoke to very friendly. Had dry ridge installed, pleased with the results. Also had gutters cleared. They’d been unable to clear a rear gutter fully due to access issues because of a conservatory underneath, but came back at a later date when I was home so they could flush the gutter out with a hose and get it all cleared for me.

My elderly Aunt needed an accessible shower fitting after falling and breaking her hip. Alan was the only person we got a quote from who came up with a fit for purpose design that did exactly what was needed. A much better solution than so called expert mobility companies recommended and a much better price. The work has just been completed to a very high standard.

I do not live locally and Alan kept me fully updated with progress, sent photos and was very considerate of my Aunt whilst doing the work. Very tidy etc.

Absolutely excellent service . Alan is just AMAZING. We worked with him to develop plans for our extensions. He came to our house few days after we contacted him. Gave us brilliant ideas and provided us with different options.

Totally professional and overly friendly service and most importantly, he really knows his subject . Alan was also really helpful in understanding and working though the local planning application process to reach full planning approval which he reassured us in advance that he would get it, and he did.
